The Guru Granth Sahib is the sacred scripture of Sikhism, which is regarded by Sikhs as the final and eternal Guru. The Guru Granth Sahib contains the hymns and teachings of the ten human Gurus of Sikhism, as well as some saints and mystics from various religious traditions. The Guru Granth Sahib is written in Gurmukhi, a script developed by the second Guru, Guru Angad. The language of the Guru Granth Sahib is known as Sant Bhasha, which is a blend of many languages, such as Punjabi, Sanskrit, Persian, Arabic, and others.
